Saccus Bags Warranty Claim Terms & Conditions

Coverage Period: This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Covered Manufacturing Defects: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during the manufacturing process. Covered defects may include but are not limited to:

Exclusions: The Manufacturing Defect Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  4. Exposure to extreme conditions, including but not limited to, water damage, excessive heat, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  5. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or third-party services.

Claim Procedure: If you believe your Saccus Bag has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the assessment process and may request additional information or images to determine the nature of the defect.
  3. If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue and falls within the warranty coverage, Saccus Bags will either repair the product or provide a replacement, depending on the severity of the defect.

  1.  Please make sure you keep your proof of purchase safe and sound! You’ll need it to avail your warranty
  2.  This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transportation incidents.
