How do I place an order on Saccus?
Simply browse our collection, click "Add to Cart" on your favorite items, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay), net banking (all Indian banks), Cash on Delivery (COD), and EMI options for orders above ₹5,000.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all locations?
COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 across all pin codes serviced by our courier partners. For orders above ₹5,000, we require prepayment. A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹50 may apply.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel within 6 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier). For modifications, please email us at orders@saccus.in within 2 hours of order placement.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2-4 business days
Tier-2 cities (Lucknow, Nagpur, Coimbatore, etc.): 3-6 business days
Remote areas & North-East: 5-10 business days
*Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For COD orders, shipping charges of ₹80 apply. For orders below ₹999 (prepaid), a flat ₹50 shipping fee is charged.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link and AWB number. You can also track directly from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. We are planning to launch international shipping by Q3 2026. Follow our Instagram for updates!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, email us at returns@saccus.in with your order ID and reason.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 days), refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to original payment source. COD orders receive store credit or bank transfer (provide details).
Can I exchange an item instead of refund?
Yes! The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order. We do not charge any restocking fees for exchanges.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@saccus.in with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Products & Quality
What materials are your bags made from?
We use premium vegan leather, recycled polyester (rPET), water-resistant nylon, and eco-friendly jute for select collections. All materials are cruelty-free, lead-free, and tested for durability of up to 5 years.
Are your products genuine leather?
No, Saccus is a 100% vegan brand. We do not use any animal products. Our vegan leather is high-grade PU (polyurethane) that mimics the look and feel of real leather but is more durable and easier to maintain.
Do you provide product warranty?
Yes! All Saccus products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty against defects in stitching, zippers, and hardware. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents is not covered.
Are product colors exactly as shown on screen?
We strive for accuracy, but actual colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting and your screen's display settings. For exact shade, you can request a swatch sample before ordering (₹50 refundable).

Do I need to create an account to buy?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account allows you to track orders, save addresses, earn loyalty points, and get early access to sales.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Login" → "Forgot Password?" → enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes. Check spam folder if not received.
